EBeauty Wig Return Instructions

Thank you for being part of the EBeauty Hospital Alliance Partnership Program! We’re happy to help you refresh your wig inventory to better meet the needs of your patients. To keep the process smooth and efficient, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Prepare Your Return
    • Only unused wigs in clean, original condition are eligible for return.
    • Wigs with original manufacturer defects (e.g., wigs that arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective) may also be returned.
    • Wigs that show signs of wear, patient use, styling, or alterations cannot be accepted as part of a hospital exchange.  Note: If a patient wishes to donate a wig they used during treatment, they are warmly invited to contribute through our Pay It Forward Program by mailing their wig directly via Donate a Wig | EBeauty Community for cancer support
    • Complete the EBeauty Wig Return Form (available in the portal).
    • Include the completed form inside the box with your returned wigs. 
  2. Ship Your Return
    • Hospitals are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
    • Ship wigs & the completed form to:

  3. After We Receive Your Return
    • Our team will inspect and process your return within 10 business days.
    • We will update your hospital’s inventory records accordingly.
    • Please note:
      Returning wigs does not automatically trigger a replacement order.
      If you would like to request new wigs to refresh your inventory, please complete a new Wig Request Form available on the hospital portal.
